We offer now the Change Storage Type new feature in RDS for all 3 engines. This new feature support customers with their existing running RDS instances used Common I/O to Change the Common I/O to the new Extreme SSD and to Cloud SSD.
This step is the preparation the End Of Life Common I/O old Storage Type which planned by 01 October, 2026.
