Our services are built on the highly secure and multi-certified T Cloud Public. What's more, both our data centres and managed services operations team are based in Europe, so your data stays in the EU.

We provide you with T Cloud Public environment and take care of the Managed Service ourselves. This brings great advantages for our customers: no one knows T Cloud Public as well as we do.

When planning your cloud environment, we focus on your individual requirements and your current system. In a joint workshop, we work with you to develop the operational guidelines that best suit your needs.

First, we conduct an onboarding workshop with you to gather information about your requirements and current systems, and to define the necessary operational guidelines. We prepare this for you individually on the basis of a questionnaire. This is how we define the scope of services for the Managed Service together with you.

We set up the necessary infrastructure for your cloud project and manage the components required for it. To ensure that your cloud keeps pace with growing requirements, we regularly update the components we manage. In addition, continuous monitoring is performed to detect operational problems at an early stage – including the option of a complete backup and optional system recovery.

We monitor your cloud environment 24/7 to keep your systems continuously operational and protected from attacks and malware. Our regular reports ensure that you always have the latest information at hand. In the event of a fault, you can rely on our hotline being available 24 hours a day.
