New image fedora 38 available.
The image is available in IMS public images pool.

For an easier first login on T Cloud Public Console image is prepared with an
default user:
- linux
To login with default user on T Cloud Public console use the random generated password listed on T Cloud Public console itself or set an own one.
Random generated password only can be used on T Cloud Public console to login.
