The new Enterprise Switch service is now available in EU-DE as part of a free public beta. Enterprise Switch enables a Layer‑2 connection from T‑Cloud Public to an on‑premise data center via Direct Connect or Enterprise VPN. Until now, both services natively supported only Layer‑3 connections.
The Layer‑2 connections make it possible to migrate workloads from on‑premise data centers to T‑Cloud Public without requiring any changes to private IP addresses or subnets.
