Interactive training courses for users
Our interactive trainings are each designed as 1-day trainings. The curriculum encompasses four basic modules that provide you with a comprehensive introduction to working with T Cloud Public. Of course, we will answer all of your questions.
We use videos and demonstrate how you can use the functions available in T Cloud Public in order to take full advantage of the cloud’s potential.
Experienced instructors and cloud experts, who themselves use T Cloud Public productively, will present essential basic information all the way up to tailored use in your company.
The training courses are designed for cloud beginners who already have basic technical knowledge.
In addition, you can obtain the T Cloud Public Certificate via our e-learning platform which you can use to verify your expertise to third parties. All this requires is the successful completion of a multiple-choice test.

Modul 1: BASICS
Discover how to make the best use of the cloud technology behind T Cloud Public.
This module will familiarize you with the public cloud. You will also learn how T Cloud Public (as an OpenStack cloud) differs from the other public clouds. Applications operated in public clouds require new approaches to ensure their availability and provide protection against failure. You will be introduced to the tools with which you can achieve both objectives and you will learn how to manage T Cloud Public efficiently.

Modul 2: NETWORK
Learn how to secure your cloud and what you need to watch out for when accessing the cloud.
You cannot use public clouds without basic network functions. Network functions ensure that cloud resources are available from your workplace, but also to the users of the service you operate. In addition, the network resources allow you to secure your private cloud resources and provide the basis for growth and shrinkage of the service depending on the number of queries.

Modul 3: SERVER AND STORAGE

The third module explains which servers and storage systems you can use. The respective server and storage should always fit the respective application, so that costs and performance can be coordinated ideally. We will also show you which paths can be used for safe access to your servers and which operating systems you can use.

Modul 4: BACKUP AND PRIVATE IMAGES
Learn how to prevent data loss.
In the final module we explain how you can prevent data loss and “archive” your services when you do not need them. In real life you most likely work on a project with other colleagues – we will show how to organize this collaboration and how you can contact our support quickly in case of an emergency.

We offer our training courses as open or closed training. Upon request, we will conduct closed training as in-house seminars. This may be of interest, for example, for companies which want to familiarize entire teams with the possibilities offered by T Cloud Public.
The listed prices apply to the entire curriculum consisting of four modules. All training courses are held in either German or English. You will receive all the training documents in English following the end of the training. Online training courses use the Cisco Webex Meetings platform.
