T Cloud Public Marketplace is expanding its features for sellers with the new “Private Offer” product type. It is aimed at sellers of products that are not (yet) technically integrated into the T Cloud Public Marketplace, as well as services that require an individual customer approach, customized solutions or a consulting-intensive sales process. This enables you to reach a broad customer target group for such offers and expand your market presence.
The focus of this product type is on effectively promoting your offerings and generating qualified leads. Unlike other product types, a "Private Offer" does not directly offer a product for purchase. Instead, interested customers submit a request ("Request") for your offering. As the provider, you will then receive a lead notification via mail and in your Seller Dashboard.
To improve the quality of the generated leads, you have the option to define specific customer questions (e.g., as a text field, single/multi-choice, yes/no). The answers customers provide to these questions are sent to you along with the lead. This provides you with valuable information for qualifying the potential customer even before the first direct contact.
You can find the option to create a “Private Offer” in the Product Offering Editor of the Seller Dashboard by selecting the new product type in the “Service Type” field. In addition to offer details and optional customer questions, you also have the option of configuring several product plans (e.g. Standard, Pro, Enterprise).
Permitted offers for “Private Offers” are software products that can be delivered to customers on the T Cloud Public, as well as services related to the T Cloud Public or the broader Telekom ecosystem.
You can find more information in the technical documentation for sellers.
